29 March 2006 – Woking (UK): Bisley Office Furniture has acquired Oxfordshire-based seating company Tract.

The two companies will continue to function independently for the time being but it is expected that Bisley’s overseas subsidiaries could become a platform for growth for some of Tract’s products.
