The Baltic Investment Fund (BIF) has completed its acquisition of 35.01 per cent of Lithuania’s Alnos Biuro Sistemos.
BIF bought the share from the firm’s major shareholder Valentinas Milaknis.
Alnos holds the Lithuanian franchise for OP retailer Office 1 and took over Latvian OP retailer Aisma in June.
Financial details were not disclosed.
