11 May 2006 – Minneapolis (MN): Best Buy has yet to comment on reports that it has purchased a 51 per cent stake in one of China’s biggest electronics retailers, Five Star Appliance.
The China Business News ran the report on Wednesday and claimed that Five Star would retain its brand name following the deal.
