5 April 2006 – Helsinki (FIN): Beltton-Group has acquired a majority shareholding in Nordisk Profil A/S.
Nordisk Profil, an office supply company which operates throughout Norway, had a turnover of NOK 12.1 million ($1.9 million) in 2005. The deal means Beltton now sells its products in Finland, Sweden and Norway.
Beltton Svenska AB managing director, Veijo Ågerfalk, will serve as managing director of Nordisk Profil.
