20 April 2006 – Beijing (CHN): Beifa Group has become the first stationery company to become an official "third-tier" sponsor of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
The company was selected as the Beijing 2008 Office Supplies Official Supplier at a conference in Beijing. Beifa will provide funds and office supplies to the Olympic Games and holds the three titles of authorised distributor; authorised retailer and sponsor.
"Through this suppliership, Beifa will evolve to be a strong brand management enterprise instead of a simple manufacturer," said Beifa president Qiu Zhiming. "The evolution will also boost Beifa’s efforts in realising its dream of switching from ‘made in China’ to ‘create in China.’"
