5 October 2007 — Sheffield (UK): Kingfield Heath and ISA Wholesale have announced the board of directors, responsible for the day to day running of the two trade-only wholesale distribution companies.
Andy Spence has been appointed managing director sales, with responsibility for all sales and customer service. Nigel Mitchell will serve as merchandise director, looking after all supplier and product selection responsibilities.
Helen Beckett will assume the newly created role of marketing director and Tony Hunt will continue as operations director.
Group CEO Alan Barclay said: "I’m really looking forward to working with the new team, which as well as bringing together experience from ISA and Kingfield Heath introduces some new blood which in my opinion is always a good thing.
"We have completed the planning exercise that will allow the two wholesale businesses to merge successfully. The integration process will commence shortly and be completed by the end of 2008."
The company says that details of the sales management team and the merger plans will be shared with customers and suppliers in the coming weeks.
