8 February 2006 – London (UK): opi.net has been informed that Avery Dennison Office Products is to divest its interests in office filing ranges as a going concern to the Hamelin Group.
In the UK, where Hamelin trades as Bantex, Avery Dennison Office Products UK will focus its trading model on its core range of printable media products and office accessories.
The sale will be completed by 26 February.
