17 September 2007 — Maidenhead (UK): Avery Dennison has extended its trade marketing team, led by Petra Naubert, to improve customer support.
Naubert, who has worked across different European markets for two years, said: "My aim is to drive rate of sale and profit potential in our customers’ businesses by developing, challenging and executing best practice. It’s very much about partnership. Our new team will also allow us to take a more proactive approach with greater one-to-one contact and regular newsletter communications. In turn, this will give us the ability to react to our customers’ requirements much faster through a greater understanding of their business.
She continued: "We are developing a range of marketing tools which can be tailored to individual customer needs to help them achieve the best possible return on investment. This work will encompass category management projects and catalogue optimisation with improved layouts too."
