11 October 2004 – Budapest (Hungary): Austrian wholesaler PBS-Holding is to invest €5 million ($6.2 million) in logistics facilities in Budapest, Hungary, said the company owner Anton Stahrlinger.
PBS-Holding already operates seven warehouses in Hungary. Overall operations in the country provided the company with revenue of 5.2 billion Hungarian forints ($26.3 million) in 2003.
The company has further plans to expand into the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
