Posturite has named Nik Askaroff as its new chairman.
 The move comes almost two years after Askaroff opened Posturite’s new Sussex headquarters as chairman of the countywide chamber of commerce, Sussex Enterprise. Recent restructuring saw co-founder and managing director, Ian Fletcher-Price, acquire a majority shareholding and ten of the senior management team buy individual stakes in the company.
Askaroff, a CEO of management consultants EMC, has been an advisor to Posturite for two years and recently made his own investment into the business.
