In order, they are: the replacement of monochrome with office colour lines; lower-priced colour laser MFPs; use of colour by default; printer-based MFPs to take over copier-based MFPs; channel upheaval as a result of market convergence; improved interfaces and larger LCDs on multifunctional devices; increased focus on light production; continuation of the fax market; growth in inkjet over laser; Dell’s focus shift upstream; products bundles; and printing in an increasingly wire-less world.
