For more than 23 years, Office Depot has been committed to the highest level of service, pricing, ethics and integrity. This focus is integral to our success and that of our customers.

 

The trust our customers place in us is paramount. For our management team and me, delivering exemplary products, services and value is not enough. We insist that every Office Depot associate conduct business with the highest degree of ethics.

 

Like any company, we are always looking for ways to improve. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve issues whenever they may arise. We ask that our customers and others with whom we do business judge us based on complete facts and through their own experiences.

 

Our commitment to integrity is evident in the world-class pricing and contract management department we have in place to monitor our contracts. In the field, our account management teams are available to perform semi-annual, quarterly or monthly account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Moving forward, Office Depot’s 41,000 associates and I will continue to look for ways to improve our customers’ buying experience and deliver to them the most innovative products and services at the best prices. I am personally overseeing this effort.
