All upbeat at Germany’s Sedus

4 May 2005 – Waldshut (GER): German office furniture reseller Sedus Stoll has reported a positive Q1 on the back of continued growth in client orders, rising demand for new products and market-orientated sales planning.

Chairman of the management board, Dr Bernard Kallup, has high expectations for 2005. He said: "We expect an increase of 3-5 per cent in group turnover and improved profits."

The company added that, although growth forecasts for the German economy have been revised downwards, it has considerable potential for expanding its domestic and foreign market share, and expects to better last year’s earnings of €1.6 million ($2.07 million).
