3 November 2005 – Lincolnshire (IL): Acco Brands has announced the acquisition of its former distributor in Sweden, Kontor 1 i Norden.
Thomas Stenebring, acting president of European trading companies for Acco Brands Europe, said: "It provides an important element to our new Nordic organisation and firmly establishes our position as market leader in our chosen product categories and market channels."
Steve Turner, country manager for Acco Scandinavia, will head up Kontor 1.
