3M makes another acquisition

21 July 2006 — St Paul (MN): 3M is to acquire Archon Technologies, a Denver Colorado based provider of enterprise software solutions.
 
News of this deal comes only days after the announcement by 3M of its acquisition of Manchester-based Security Printing and Systems Limited (SPSL) from Berlin-based Authentos.
 
Terms of neither transaction have been disclosed.
