17 January 2005 – St Paul (MN): 3M has appointed two new executive directors, the company has announced.
Dr Frederik Palensky, EVP of the safety, security and protection services business, took over as EVP of enterprise services on 1 January. This is a newly-created unit encompassing IT, environmental, health and safety operations, government markets and administrative services.
Palensky has been succeeded by former managing director of 3M Brazil, Jean Lobey.
