All monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your most recent payment will be the last one and no further payments will be taken. You will be able to access opi.net and the OPI app until your paid membership ends. If you wish to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange your cancellation.
All annual memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of the start of your membership. On cancellation we will refund any payments received from you using the same method of payment that you used to purchase your membership. You will not be entitled to a refund of your initial payment if you cancel after the first 14 days of the start of your membership.
To cancel your Annual Membership after 14 days, please contact email@example.com and your membership will not be automatically renewed at the end of the year. You will be contacted by email before your membership is due to renew for the following year.
