Join the 8th Insights-X with strong brands and the new eXtra-Day

After a successful restart last year, the eighth Insights-X is on the horizon. From 11-14 October, the international stationery and office supplies industry will again gather at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Get your ticket from 26 July and be part of Insights-X 2023.

With the return of strong brands and the promotion of innovative start-ups, the expo for ‘Stationery, Office, Bags and more’ offers international decision-makers a successful mix of trends and novelties at the perfect ordering time in autumn. The pleasant and efficient networking atmosphere of Insights-X is enhanced by the expansion of communicative evening events and the introduction of eXtra-Day.

“According to our survey, Saturday has emerged as an important trading day for the DACH region, which is why we are implementing the ‘eXtra-Day’ with this year’s Insights-X,” explains Christian Ulrich, spokesperson for the board of Spielwarenmesse.

During the weekdays, buyers from larger retail chains from across Europe are expected to make use of the complete range of exhibitors in Halls 12.0, 11.0, and 10.0 from Wednesday to Friday, while the additional opening on Saturday focuses on retail with renowned providers and activities in Halls 11.0 and 10.0.

The cross-category division in the three halls of the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre ensures efficient networking and short distances. Thus, the six product groups ‘Writing Instruments and Accessories,’ ‘Paper and Filing,’ ‘Artistic and Creative,’ ‘Desk and Office,’ ‘Bags and Accessories,’ and ‘Stationery and Gifts’ can be explored in a relaxed business atmosphere on all days of the trade fair.

Strong brands, creative start-ups

The high quality, both on the exhibitor and visitor side, continues to play an important role at the expo, and the registration phase is in full swing. After a break, renowned companies and brands such as Faber-Castell, duo schreib & spiel, the Iden Group, and Stabilo are back. In addition, international industry leaders are participating, including Exacompta Clairefontaine (France), Gataric (Bosnia), GIPTA (Turkey), Santoro (UK), and Seven (Italy), as well as German companies Lässig, Online Schreibgeräte, Stylex, and Undercover.

An enriching trade fair visit

In addition to numerous innovations, networking is at the centre of Insights-X. The popular AfterHour on the first evening of the trade fair also serves as a social gathering for the industry. The next highlight awaits on 13 October when industry association duo schreib & spiel association holds its autumn meeting at the exhibition centre. In the evening, the organisers and exhibitors invite attendees to a large get-together.

Participants in the trade fair will receive a comprehensive overview of the programme on the website and the Insights-X app. To further support preparation, there is an exhibitor directory with a filtering function, interactive hall plans, and a networking area with chat and appointment scheduling.

The ticket, priced at €15, provides access to Insights-X throughout the entire duration and can also be used as a public transportation ticket.

“We are looking forward to shaping Insights-X together with the industry. The compact and communicative format is now even better tailored to our exhibitors and the trade, providing everyone with their personal highlights in three or four days,” concludes Ulrich.
