I can’t login… help!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. There may be a number of reasons for this:

  • One reason could be the browser you are using. From the feedback we continually receive from our members, Chrome and Firefox are the best browsers to use when accessing opi.net.  Internet Explorer is the browser that experiences the most difficulty when logging in. Please try logging in again with these browsers instead.

  • Your membership has expired. Please login and renew your subscription online here.
  • Your password may be wrong or could need resetting. Please click Forgot Password which is under the Login button. If you still are encountering issues contact subscriptions@opi.net for us to reset it.

I renewed my membership online but I’m still having issues logging in.

Please contact us on our queries email subscriptions@opi.net so we can investigate and get you up and running.

I would like to transfer my membership to a colleague. Is this possible?

Yes of course. Please send us your details along with your colleagues’ details including full name, email and address to subscriptions@opi.net.

I have changed my personal details, where do I submit these changes?

If you have moved company, moved to a new physical address or have any other update on your account, please login to opi.net by clicking Login on the top right corner of the screen. Once logged in, click Manage Membership on the top right corner of the screen, followed by clicking Edit Account on your Login Information page. Once you make your amendments and submit them, they will be updated within 24 hours.

Our company has moved, where do I submit the new physical/mailing address change?

Please send your company’s old address and new address to subscriptions@opi.net.
