Advertorial: Insights-X – tailor-made for the stationery industry

Insights-X scores points with the global stationery community for its tailor-made trade fair concept. Taking place at the perfect ordering time from 5-7 October 2022, the expo will bring together leading brand manufacturers as well as suppliers of all sizes with qualified dealers and decision-makers. 

Held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, Insights-X is the only independent stationery trade show in Germany. Reflecting the diverse market, national and international companies will showcase their innovations and upcoming trends in six product categories: writing instruments and equipment, paper and filing, artistic and creative, desk and office, bags and accessories, and stationery and gifts.

First-hand knowledge

Insights-X focuses on the transfer of knowledge. The InsightsArena in Hall 10.0 with the InsightsTalks lecture programme provides the ideal platform for this. Experts will share the latest industry and trade knowledge, with talks held every day of the show. The topic of ergonomics is also a major focus and will include the nominees and winners of the Special Award for Ergonomics. Working in collaboration with the Institute for Health and Ergonomics (IGR), the accolade is given to products in the writing instruments and school bags/backpacks categories that offer added ergonomic value for users.

Insights-X goes digital

For the seventh edition, organiser Spielwarenmesse is expanding its service offering with the new Insights-X Digital platform. It enables trade visitors to easily plan their trip to the fair. All exhibitors are listed on the platform, with their company profile containing entries on brands and licenses as well as product presentations in text, pictures and video. Relevant companies can be quickly and effortlessly saved in watch lists. 

Appointments for meetings with business partners at the trade show can also be arranged in advance, and various communication tools are available for an efficient exchange of information. In addition, expo participants are represented on the platform with a personal profile. Based on the interests stored there, relevant business contacts are suggested to them. For visitors to the event, access to Insights-X Digital is included in the ticket.

Sales driver ‘license’

The new B2B event Licensing-X Germany will be held for the first time in conjunction with Insights-X. During the show, licensors and agencies will present classic and future trends. It offers industry representatives from the stationery sector the opportunity to find out about high-turnover licensing topics and obtain trend-setting inspiration.
