In a country bedraggled by the highest unemployment rates in a decade, it’s perhaps fitting that one of Italy’s largest contract stationers continued its massive salesforce recruitment programme last year. This focus for Errebian and its President Ferdinando Rese stays for 2012 – increase its salesforce and train it in the company’s ever-growing new non-core product categories,  including technology, furniture, safety equipment and promotional items. 

Revenues of safety equipment in fact grew 12% last year, a figure that isn’t at all representative of overall sales growth in 2011 of approximately 1.9% to c116 million ($155 million).
