Judging
- All entries are judged by a panel of industry executives.
- There are 2 stages of judging:
- Stage 1: Judges review all entries and vote online to select those entries that make it through to the second round.
- Stage 2: The judging panel will met in November to select a shortlist and winner in each category.
- The judges reserve the right to switch submissions between categories if they feel it is appropriate.
- The judges may decide not to bestow an award in a particular category.
- Entries are treated in the strictest confidence.
- Judges will not be allowed to adjudicate in any category where they may have a conflict of interest.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be announced during a presentation dinner held on 30 January 2012 during Paperworld.

The European Office Products Awards will be presented on Monday 30 January 2012 during Paperworld. The annual presentation dinner is the largest networking event during the Fair and attracts leading players from across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to meet colleagues, friends and customers in a relaxed, informal setting during the industry's most important exhibition.

This year's event will be hosted by Hugh Dennis. Star of the BBC's award winning sitcom "Outnumbered" and a regular team captain on topical panel show "Mock the Week", Dennis is a well known face on British television. Dennis begain his career in 1985 as one half of the double act "Punt and Dennis" before going on to appear on shows such as "Carrott Confidential", "The Mary Whitehouse Experience", "Spitting Image" and "My Hero".
Dennis is also a comedy writer, author and regular contributor to BBC Radio shows including "The Now Show", "It's Been a Bad Week" and "The Party Line".
